The terminal clause-number delimiter now carries span[@Class="fmt-clause-delim"], distinct from the fmt-autonum-delim internal autonumber separators, and is configurable via the i18n clause_delimiter key. Documented in the isodoc-presentation span-class comment block. Refs metanorma/metanorma-pdfa#51
